>Why have a blog?
Like many other fellow earthlings, I have a lot of other good questions similar to this one. In fact, many of these questions paralyze many minds, and result in a search for a reason that very frequently ends up in a belief system one should best call a “religion”.
That’s why when finally I find an answer to this question about having a blog or not, it is a revelation. And that revelation came in a proper place: riding in a nice hard-top convertible at east bay.
Looking back, I can finally see what drives all my hobbies and my work. In a nutshell, I seem to be addicted to activities that are very technical, with a strong social or philosophical aspect. Most of what I’ve done and decisions I’ve taken in the last 20 years can easily be put in this context. Why this is so is irrelevant. This is how I like it.
Now that I have an idea about what drives me, blogging makes sense. As for whom I’ll blog, I won’t blog for anyone. If I continue writing (which I failed many times in the past), here I will share some techno-socio-philosophical thoughts and work for whomever who wishes to take a look.
At least that’s the plan …
